Admission
- Age at Admissions: A child should complete six years by May 31st while seeking admission for Class 1

Every new student must bring: A Transfer Certificate from a recognized school. The Original Corporation / Panchayat Birth Certificate, if the child has not attended school before.

The Original Corporation / Panchayat Birth Certificate, if the child has not attended school befor - Special attention must be paid to entering correctly the name and date of birth of the child, caste and the parents’ names. Subsequent changes in the date of birth or name will not be permitted.
- School Leaving Certificate will be given only to those who have settled all their dues. Application for school leaving certificate should be made in writing by the parent. A fee of Rs. 100/- is charged for issuing a School Leaving Certificate and Rs. 50/- for any extract from the school’s General Register.
- Every candidate for admission must be introduced by letter or in person to the Principal by one who will be responsible for the students’ conduct and studies at home and outside school.
- No pupil shall be admitted except on application in the prescribed form showing the date of birth etc. signed by his parent or guardian. Such forms are to be obtained from the school office.
- Health card, progress record must be produced by the pupils coming from other recognized schools.
- Testimonials of good conduct are required from pupils who come from other institutions.
- No pupil who has not attended school in the first term shall be admitted in the second term unless the Principal is satisfied, among other things, that the non-attendance of the pupil in the first term was due to unavoidable circumstances

Rules
1. All the students should be present in the school before 9:00 a.m.
2. On the teacher’s arrival in the classroom, the pupils must rise and remain standing till they have wished the teacher and take their seats. When attendance roll is called each one must rise and respond
3. Punctual and regular attendance is insisted upon. Application for leave of absence should be submitted in case of absence. The parents may note that at least 80% attendance is required for promotion
4. When a student has been absent from the school without leave for some unforeseen reason such as illness he / she must, on returning to the school, bring a leave note from his / her parents or guardian. Student suffering from contagious infectious disease will not be allowed to attend the classes.
5. Irregular attendance, insubordination to teacher, habitual negligence of school work, obscenity in word or act are sufficient reasons for the temporary or permanent dismissal of the pupil. Minor offences such as coming late to class, not doing the home work, are punishable by fine.
6. Visitors / Parents are strictly forbidden to enter the classrooms or corridors during the school hours.
7. Children should wear the prescribed school uniform on all days. Those who do not come to school in the prescribed uniform will be fined.
8. The boys should be with neat haircut and girls should tie the hair with black ribbons compulsorily.
9. Attending the PTA meetings as well as other important functions in the school is a duty and service, parents owe to their children
10. Parents are requested not to allow children to bring mobile phone, video games, CD or floppy or any similar gadgets to school. If found, the above gadgets will be confiscated and returned only at the end of the year.
